Last Wednesday 4/23 Vinny Tafuro and Alison Foxall hosted a Google Hangout to summarize the first year activities of Conscious Capitalism Florida and to discuss the pending Florida legislation that will bring Benefit Corporations to the state of Florida.
UPDATE After Recording: House Bill 685 passed the Florida House unanimously on 4/23 and Senate Bill 654 is scheduled for a vote on Tuesday, April 29th by the full Florida Senate.
